Terms & Conditions

Product Availability: While all care is taken to ensure appropriate stock levels, all products and services are subject to availability and may be withdrawn at anytime without prior notice. If we do not supply the goods for any reason you will be notified and no charge will be taken. Jetbreath™ will not be responsible for compensating you for any losses you may suffer if goods are not supplied, deemed faulty or damaged in transit. We try to stock all models listed subject to manufacturer availability which we update frequently. Should you purchase a product online that was not in stock  Jetbreath™ will contact you and advise on actual availability of that item.

Product Images: Jetbreath™ provides images of products for the customer. Depending on the manufacturer, some images may differ to the actual product shown on our site. (For example, accessories, colours etc may differ).

Delivery: For all deliveries Australia and World wide we use Australia Post. Air Mail, Air Mail (Insured) & Express Post (EMS). For customers in Australia we use Regular post and Express post accordingly. All items are inspected before sending. Orders will be sent within 7 working days once cleared payment is received, this excludes all PRE-ORDERS. (If an item needs to be re-stocked it can take up to 30 days. If there are any further delays we will notify you, this does not include Pre-Order models as they are sent when stock arrives.) Insurance is available for most shipments World wide. If you choose to send Air Mail (Insured) and we are unable to insure, Jetbreath™ we will notify you promptly. If item(s) are damaged and no insurance has been requested then the customer should contact the postal company direct for possible compensation. All effort is made to protect your item(s) with strong packaging for transit. If postage is greater than the calculated amount we will contact you before sending your order. If for any reason a parcel is returned to us once we have shipped it (e.g. incorrect address), customers will be required to pay for re-sending.

PRE-ORDERS: Your Credit card will not be charged until your order is shipped.

International Shipments: Please note that for International orders your countries local customs may levy a customs charge. The customer will be responsible for all import duties and taxes.

Tax Invoices: Invoices are provided with all online orders. All international orders will be supplied without GST.

Payments: All items are charged in AUD, all other currencies shown on this website are for your convenience. We are not responsible for any extra conversion fees charged by your bank or changes in exchange rates. We accept Visa, Master Card and PayPal. All goods remain property of Jetbreath™ until full payment has been received.

Credit Card Fraud: Credit card fraud is a serious crime and Jetbreath™ will pursue such action to the full extent of the law (Fraud transactions are geographically located, then proper authorities at that area are automatically contacted).

Returns: All sales are final. In the event of the item being faulty, replacements will be sent after the original has been returned (at our discretion). Please contact us immediately if you have a faulty or incorrect item and retain the original packaging for returning your order. Jetbreath™ is not responsible for manufacturing faults or postage company's mishandling (insurance is available for most items). Jetbreath™ is not responsible for refunding any fees and charges incurred to the customer by their Bank or Paypal once a transaction is processed.
